Labor dispute Case will forward to court
If there is no agreement within 14 days of the filing of the complaint, the case files are forwarded to the appropriate courts for final disposition. Along with brief documents about the labor dispute, the case will be referred to court.
The case file will include the complaint of each party, evidence, and recommendations of the Ministry. The ministry will handle matters such as visa changes for workers involved in the case that has been transferred to the court. The country’s Labor Minister has sole authority to make decisions about the workers and establishments in the case.
