UAE Simplifies Non-Resident Customs Clearance

Through the agency’s revised goods clearing program, Abu Dhabi Customs is enabling non-residents and unregistered non-UAE corporations to clear their goods.

Users have the convenience of automated form-filling for some fields when using particular templates, and it may be accessible with the UAE Pass.

Additionally, the enhanced service offers a simple client experience by enabling the fulfillment of clearance requests through a single e-page on all smart devices.

Individuals, corporations, and non-UAE companies can utilize the service, which is a part of the Abu Dhabi Government’s integrated services portal, TAMM, to obtain clearance upon arrival or exit via customs ports in Abu Dhabi as well as between free zones inside the nation or neighboring nations.

The new service targets imported goods for business/personal use, temporary export and re-export, and transit goods. This move aims to streamline the clearance process by making it more convenient for non-residents and unregistered companies to do business in the UAE.
